Have you ever wondered what the difference is between someone who seems to be able to stick to a fitness/nutrition plan and those who really, REALLY struggle and feel like they’re always “falling off the wagon”?


99% of the time it’s MINDSET.  


4 years ago I was the typical “yo-yo dieter” with an “all or nothing” mentality.  I would be “PERFECT” during the week (but really be restricting calories and only doing cardio type workouts) and binge drink and eat on the weekend to feel like I was CONSTANTLY starting over yet again on Monday.  I ALWAYS felt like I was “falling off the wagon” and was so sick and tired of getting back on again every week to feel like I was making no noticeable progress.

The left picture is from January 2016 and the right is from November 2016.  This was the year of “finding balance” for me.  I was DONE with yo-yo dieting and I KNEW there had to be a better way.  Through at home workouts, flexible dieting, and most importantly, a crucial mindset shift, I was able to not only become the fittest I’ve ever been but MAINTAIN it through to THIS DAY.  Since then I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same and make fitness and health a LIFESTYLE and not a temporary solution.
